Warm Up - 3 Rounds
Reverse Hypers 10x
Bench Leg Raises 10x
Foam Roll - back & hips
Box Squats w/Safety Bar - regular bar works just fine if you dont have access.
Find a moderate weight you can do for about 6 to 8 reps and do 4 sets of 2 reps EMOM
Then do 3 to 5 more sets of 1 rep of ascending weight to a top heavy single rep! Have fun
4” Block Pulls
8x2 EMOM @ about 70% 1rm
Snatch Grip Romanian Deadlifts
8x8, 30 seconds rest between sets. The idea is to choose a weight that allows you to finish all 8x8 while staying within your rest requirements. If you finish all 8x8, move up in weight the next time you do this!
You can finish the training here and have a solid strength session under your belt or you can throw in some other work for the legs for added hypertrophy. Things such as bulgarian split squats, leg presses, barbell step ups, etc.
