I LOVE Whataburger!

I'll NEVER say you can never eat fast food again! I'm not the kind of trainer to preach hope bad fast food is for you. We all know it. You don't need me to preach against it. Truth is, I eat fast food once, MAYBE even twice a week. Am I losing fat? No. But I'm not trying to lose any more fat. I'm comfortable exactly where my body is right now. I've lost all the fat I need to and am able to maintain a decent level of leanest WHILE enjoying the finer things in life such as a #2 w/cheese Whatasized.


Here's the thing, while I'm on any fat loss phase in my life, fast food is not an option. Or at least VERY rarely. 99% of my diet will be clean and my cardio will increase slightly. I'm all about buckling down and getting through a fat loss phase as efficiently and quickly as possible. Safely of course. No crash/starvation diets.


So, the next time you see me with a handful of salty Whataburger fries, don't say "That's to on your meal plan." Because I assure you, it is!


I encourage you to take a similar approach and buckle down and et rid of your fat efficiently without dragging it out much longer than it needs to be. Get it over with and move on to a maintenance phase and you can enjoy some "bad" foods here and there.
