oo many people think fat loss is a lifestyle. They are in a constant battle with the scale. We’ve all heard it before “You gotta make it a lifestyle.”
But what they really mean is “Once you get healthy and rid of the excess fat, you need to have a balanced lifestyle to keep it off.”
If fat loss is a goal of yours, I encourage you to get it over with as fast as possible without doing anything stupid like cut all carbs and doing endless cardio every day. The entire goal is to get to the lifestyle phase with healthy habits built in place.
There are many strategies for fat loss but here is one you might enjoy and I think will get you where you want to go FASTER than the extreme method. Do mini fat loss phases throughout the year. 6 to 8 week phases followed by 2 to 3 weeks of maintenance or “lifestyle” phase. This becomes less daunting and more manageable over longer periods of time.
